Thursday Thoughts: 3 Tips to Maintain Physical Health

It’s no secret that physical health is critically important to a healthy/productive life. With that said, it is difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle with life’s constant stresses and demands. Especially now, when many of us are staying safe at home. But maintaining a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be difficult.

Here are three tips that I follow to maintain my personal health and fitness:

1. Eat Moderately

I am not a proponent of dieting, but I do try to eat healthy during the week while reserving the right to eat anything I like on one meal per week (think cake, ice cream, burgers, drinks, etc.).

2. Move often

I walk daily for at least 30 minutes. This helps keep my metabolism active and clears my thoughts.

3. Exercise moderately 3-4 days a week
