OrangeBag® Covid-19 Safety Measures

At OrangeBag, the safety of our customers and staff members remains our highest priority. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to follow the guidelines of global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • We’re disinfecting our laundry tools and equipment several times a day. 

  • We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers to our staff. 

  • All of our laundry specialists are required to wear gloves and masks when handling garments.

  • All of our staff are required to wash their hands thoroughly before every new order.

    Waiving order minimums

    To ensure residents of Los Angles have access to clean clothing at all times, we are waiving our $25 minimum order requirement for all OrangeBag customers through the end of May, 2020. 

    50% Discount for Healthcare Workers & First Responders

    In an effort to assist the frontlines, OrangeBag is offering a 50% Wash & Fold discount for all our healthcare workers and first responders. Just show us a valid ID pertaining to your valuable work when we pickup. The offer is valid through the end of May, 2020.

    What our customers can do to help

    Please help us minimize contact and reduce touchpoints across our workflow. To do that, you can help us by considering the following:

    • Having your clothes ready for pickup when your OrangeBag Valet arrives. 

    • Leaving your laundry bag at your doorstep if you trust your clothes to be left unattended. The majority of our customers utilize this measure from a convenience standpoint. Now it can serve a dual purpose.
